Proposed Amendment No. 2 to Ordinance No. 8

Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 6490(b)(1), Notice is hereby given that the San Andreas Sanitary District (“District”) has voted to adopt Proposed Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment No. 2”) to Ordinance No. 8.

Amendment No. 2 amends the following section of Ordinance No. 8:

Section 4.7.B – Amends the Capacity Charge amount to $57.69.

Amendment No. 2 adds the following section of Ordinance No. 8:

Section 4.7G – Establishes a formula by which the Capacity Charge may be annually adjusted to account for inflation.

On July 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of the District present voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance with the following Directors voting yes: President Todd Fischer, Michelle Turner, Don Young, and Terral Strange. Directors absent: Bob Applegate.
