SAN ANDREAS SANITARY DISTRICT

Construction at our Wastewater Treatment Plant will begin during the week of October 31^st and will continue through the end of December.  This work will involve earth work inside the fenceline at the plant to improve our effluent storage pond.  This work is part of the comprehensive upgrade project that we’ve been talking about the past few years.  We’ve secured significant grant funding for this work from the State Revolving Fund and USDA.

The Contractor is Ford Construction and they will be delivering some heavy equipment, including tractors and dump trucks, to our facility using Gold Oak Road this week.

We expect the contractor will work Monday – Friday, from 7:00 am through 4:00 pm.   The Contractor is authorized to work on Saturdays if they need to in order to get the work done in accordance with the project schedule.
