Discussion and Possible Action: Authorize District Manager to execute an extension of existing agreement with Foothill Terrace (Sidle, approved in September 2015) to June 30, 2017 for the completion of a physical connection to the Public Sewer System to avoid revocation of a connection permit (per Section 4.8, Ordinance 7).

b. Discussion and Possible Board Action:  Receive Wastewater Rate Study, presented by Stantec Consulting

c. Discussion and Possible Board Action: Authorize initiation of the public notification process (Prop 218 requirement) for new Wastewater Rates.
