Rates & Fee Information

Statements are sent out on the 26th of each month, and payment is due by the 15th of the following month.

Late fees are applied after the second month of late payment.

For residential customers, the flat rate for sewer service is $80.00/month, and will be adjusted to $84.00/month effective July 1st, 2026. Commercial customers have a separate rate that is applied. Information on how those rates are applied can be found in the document labelled "Monthly Sewer Service Charges - Effective 7.1.26."

SASD Directors passed Board Oarder 2026-01 to increase residential monthly sewer rates to $84.00/month. These rates will go into effect for the July 2026 bill due August 15th, 2026.
