Hugh Logan - District Manager
Hugh has been SASD's District Manager since 2014. He is a Grade 5 Wastewater Operator and holds numerous additional certifications.
Josh Weatherby - Wastewater Operator
Josh has been with SASD since 2011. He is a Grade 4 Wastewater Operator, Grade 2 in Collection System Maintenance, and is Certified in Pretreatment Facility Compliance and Inspection.
Jessie Smith - Wastewater Operator

Shane has been with SASD since 2020. He is a Grade 3 Wastewater Operator, Grade 2 in Collection System Maintenance, and is a Certified Mechanical Technologist.
Eric Werner - Wastewater Operator
Eric has been with SASD since 2022. He is a Grade 3 Wastewater Operator, Grade 2 in Collection System maintenance, and is Certified in Electrical and Instrumentation.
Anthony Velasquez - Wastewater Operator
Anthony has been with SASD since 2024. He is a Grade 2 Wastewater Operator, Grade 1 in Collection System maintenance, and is a Certified Mechanical Technologist.
Denise Bettencourt - Office Administrator
Denise began working for SASD in 2009. Denise runs the front Office, interacts with customers, Billing, Payroll. Denise keeps SASD’s administrative systems running smoothly.
Allie Williams - Office Administrator
Allie began working for SASD in the beginning of 2026. She is an Office Administrator, supporting office functions and assisting customers.
