SASD Service Applications
If you own a property within the San Andreas Sanitary District's boundaries and need to connect, discontinue service, or report a change in service, please fill out the Permit Application below. Completed applications must be printed, signed, and mailed to the District's mailing address. Please send with the completed form any required supporting documentation and fees.
